HEAT INSULATION PRODUCTS
PURPOSE
To broaden the assortment of materials and decrease the price of buildings' heating systems.

PROPERTIES AND COMPOSITION
Heat proof sheets made of cellular concrete
The compound of classical raw materials (concrete, sand, lime and special additives) strengthened in autoclave increases cellular concrete's resistance to heat of up to 650 °C.
Heat insulation elements intended for the thermal insulation of building partitions
Heat insulation elements consisting of foam polystyrene sheet insulated with flameproof, freeze resistant protective layer made of cheap porous concrete. Heat insulating elements can be glued to partitions or fixed mechanically.

APPLICATION
Heat proof sheets made of cellular concrete and used for insulation of thermo aggregates, which heat up to 650 °C.
Heat insulating elements intended for buildings' partitions both from inside and outside. Insulation of blank walls from inside also of pedestal and walls of first floor from outside.

CHARACTERISTICS
Heat proof sheets can easily be mechanically processed and also composed with various organic and inorganic materials. Sheets can be daubed, connected with anchors, pulled over fixing sticks, set with ordinary or heatproof mortor.
Heat insulation element's resistance to cold is no less than 200 cycles. Elements are easily cut or otherwise mechanically processed, rot proof. Given a thickness of a foam polystyrene sheet of 50 mm the heat resistance increases to 1,1 m2K/W. Measurements of thermo insulating elements: length - 1350 mm, width 500 mm. Thickness of thermo insulating elements depends on the thickness of foam polystyrene, which can be 50, 70 or 100 mm.
