PURPOSE Creating, testing, producing and installing wide range of packing machines for food and milk industry. APPLICATION Company constructs and manufactures food-packing machines for packing liquids, pastes and piece products into polypropylene film or ready-made glass and plastic packages. CHARACTERISTICS Production line of glazed curd cheeses GSL is a set of technological equipment designed for the production of glazed curd cheeses. The line GSL is composed of the following machines: measuring machine, glazing machine, cooler and wrapping up machine. Automatic wrapping up machine OZB is designed for packing piece products into polypropylene film. The products to be packed up are: ice cream, chocolate bars, waffles, biscuits, etc. Dosage machine SPD is designed for dosing liquid and paste products into jars. This machine works either together with Jars closing machine DU in continuous working lines or separately. Products suitable for dosing: cream, mayonnaise, juice, grated horseradish, mustard, tomato paste, etc. Jars closing machine DU is designed to close jars with TWIST-OFF type metal twist covers. Automatic packing machine FA-1 is designed for packing liquids and pastes into ready-made polymeric cups and for covering them with foil covers. The products to be packed up are: milk, cream, sour cream, yoghurt, cheese, jam, honey, margarine, butter, chocolate cream, tomato paste, syrup, sauce, etc. CERTIFICATION In "PAKMA" Quality Management System ISO 9001:2001 is instilled that ensures the quality of our machines production and service in accordance with European level and allows us to quickly satisfy increasing needs of our clients. Certificate of Correspondence of Russian Federation approves the quality of the line GSL and its correspondence with indispensable standards and demands. THE LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY COMPLETION Projecting, production, realization and service of our equipment are carried out by our company. The majority of the production is sold to Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and other enterprises of European countries.
